My book club head-person (I dunno what to call her!!!) is from Bookshelves of Doom and she likes/loves (one of them) Brotherhood 2.0 and after reading An Abundance of Katherine's she told us about Brotherhood 2.0 and got MOST of us hooked on it (those who weren't already anyway)

I remember watching it, then freaking out because Harry Potter was coming out in like two days, then I was curious as to why he said "John, I'll see you tomorrow." So i checked out his other videos because 1) I wanted to see why he said that, and 2) if he like Harry Potter so much as to write a song about it, this guy must be awesome. After that I spent all day and night catching up on videos. It took me a few days. I thought what they were doing was a really cool idea, and I immediately wanted to steal it. I was totally, and completely HOOKED. Now my life has been so much more awesome because of it. I looked forward to seeing Hank or John everyday, and weekends killed me because they didn't make videos. But now thanks to Nerdfighter WhoRadley for posting the scavenger hunt final answer thing, i now know that I won't be completely Hank and John deprived, thank God.

Sometime in febuary my friends started watching it at our photography club meetings and quoting it. They tried to get me to watch one, but I wanted to start from the begining. Didn't actually start watching them till spring break, but I dedicated a solid three days to getting caught up.

I was randomly searching around You Tube sometime in Feb and saw a B2.0 video in the 'related' videos section, clicked on it, watched it and have been hooked ever since!

Like a lot of people, it was Accio Deathly Hallows, that drew me in. I had just finished HP and was searching for more information when a link for youtube came up. I clicked and watched. I remember thinking how funny Hank was and wanting to know why he was going to dye his hair green. After that I watched the next few succeeding videos and was instantly hooked. Watching every video from Jan 1 on just reinforced the obsession.

Like a lot of others accio deathly hallows... that was the first video i watched, then i read about it on this website then  i saw the one where hank said "welcome to our new viewers... sometimes we like to put stuff on our heads" and i found that so funny and thought hank was kind of... fit... then i discovered that he was the younger sibling (like me) so i was like WOOOO and for a while i was prejudiced towards Hank but then i was like... well actually John is cool too! so yeah

Oh my God. Tonight is Lord Voldemort's 81st Birthday. Wow.  Alright this is off subject but i have to talk to people. I did my happy dance when the two of them were singing and I had a little tear. I mean, they were like my Nerdfighter dad's. I am 12 so i am very emotional I guess. :] I have been in the Nerdfight- uhh - taria since June, which means i missed out a little but i still think it is great. This is my 21st post out of many more.

I was watching a Charlieissocoollike video and somehow I found a Brotherhood 2.0 video I watched it then found out it was an everyday thing so I went back and watched them all. DFTBA!

i heard about it in early feb 2007, i think, right around the time Terryfic, who runs a forum i mod at (anchor cove), made the intro credits spoof of brotherhood 2.0

i needed more harry potter, so i started looking for harry potter songs, and i found a pic that said, "harry and the potters are nerdfighters", and that led me to accio deathly hallows.  after 5 times through to get the malfoy line straight (whew!), i was hooked.

i didn't do youtube at all before B20.  still don't do anything except them and theirs.

one march day, a bored college student stumbles upon a vlogbrothers video on youtube... coincedence? i think not... an act of God? yes... yes i think so
